Bonar Floors has announced the acquisition of a number of assets and the intellectual property of Threshold Floorings Ltd – in Administration.

The Threshold portfolio will provide a further extension of Bonar Floors’ entrance matting systems, complementing the company’s existing Coral and Nuway product ranges. The acquisition will help Bonar Floors provide its customers with a wider choice of complementary and coordinating entrance matting systems for primary, secondary and circulation areas.
